I dont know where you work but I think I should let you go because I can hire an illegal immigrant for much less, will you give me a break on YOUR paycheck because I think YOU are OVERCHARGING me for the work you perform! Now think about that for a second, isn't that somewhat what your asking the B&M shops to do?

How in the hell do you have any clue about product sales being a PI, having done private security, I know there is nothing you sell other then a serivce. you do not offer any products... you over head is very limited as you do not need a large facility. you probably have no employees, I doubt you have to carry liability insurance and if you do it is not a lot.you have no inventory to stock, so I do not beleive you have any clue about how WE (the car audio SPECIALIST) do business.

i don't know about the car audio industry? let's see... i'm mecp certified, i worked for tweeter and cartunes... and i've been doing my own installs since i was 17... i'm 31 now. i left the industry to make more money, and because i couldn't stand jackasses like you.

working for a company and actually running a car audio business is 2 completely different things. when you work for them you don't have to worry about overhead all you have to do is worry about doing your work and getting paid. would you have liked it if a customer came in and said i'm no paying your install rate you have to "give me a deal" so the owner says sure and then that in turn lowered your pay? i don't think you would appreciate it.

The fact that you say you got out of business to "make MORE money" as a Gum Shoe??? that simply tells me you were not good enough to make it in our industry.... that very last comment tells me I am right you are mad at people like myself and the other business owners, because we ARE good at what we do and you couldn't hack it.

So, drop your petty whining and either choke it up and go buy your gear from a legitimate Hertz dealer or TRY to find it transhipped (and if you happen to have a problem with them good luck getting them serviced)

actually, i done very well for myself in the car audio industry. done custom work for andrew jones, david pollack, warrick dunn, tj duckette, mastadon, and goody mob. i don't care about how many custom installs you do, owning your own pi business is way more lucrative than being a custom installer. i also seen a down slide because of high internet sells and a weak economy. i not only got out because of jackasses like you but because i got burned out...

being ignorant means not willing to learn. seems to me your the only one ignorant. ok so list some of our "equipment" and the price your selling it for. then i'll do some research and see just how much your markup is. you say your mecp certified but yet your always asking questions that someone who "knows" what they are doing shouldn't really ask? hmm wonder why that is.

and wat are B&M shops? aren't they working men too? most started out as Diyers and decided to make a living from it. but they actually want to make profit and help the industry expand not just make a quick buck then close shop. that's good that you don't care what we think of you, you made it obvious that you don't care about the business's. i hope that you are done ranting. because i know i'm tired of hearing it. in case you haven't noticed your the only one ranting like an idiot. and we just respond. with that said i am done with this thread and you.
