where should i point my subs

yea the whole tiny trunk thing is a b**** but i dont have much of a choice. when i had to get rid of my truck i knew i would miss my subs but i didnt realize how much. so now im spending almost all ive got jus so i can get my subs back.

i find that its only better to face subs back if your cant or for some reason choose not to fold your rear seats down. other wise imm all about sealing off from the trunk and facing into the cabin. if you think abou tit it should be louder too (as long as the seats are folded down) because the bass is pressuring the cabin of the car only and not being wasted on pressurising the trunk at all.

FYI my trunk still used to rattle a little bit even with the subs firing forewards and matting on my rear shelf and trunk lid and i drive a 2000 Chrysler 300m (generally considered to be a pretty solid car)

im doing the EXACT same thing with my 2 type R's in my 07 Roush mustang, im facing them toward the cab so when i fold the seats down the pressure is in the cab,

my friend has 2 12 R's in his bmw m3. they are not very loud in the car until you pop the trunk and get near them,

and i have another friend with the same subs, he has a extera suv, and when you sitting in the cab, its so loud

so if the subs are in the cab with nothing holding them back they are louder, if you disagree your crazy
