ACTUALLY.... many companies have subcontracted their customer service calls to prisons and have trained prisoners to do first tier service and support.. Even cheaper than outsourcing overseas. So in many cases the first person you talk to probably crammed their slimy penis into a child. If they cant solve your problem, they will likely then forward you to bombay or mumbai!!!!
