One statutory **** charge, 3 minor consumptions, 2 DUI's, and 4 petty theft

ha.. no.. those ****ers also took 20k from us and only sait it was 2k in the police report..

Lots of money for attorneys.. Fundamentally what broke their case was that there was a problem with the search warrant, but mostly that our constitutional right to a fair and speedy trial was violated. Pleaded guilty to reduced charges of possession in exchange for 5 years in prison suspended, and felony reduced to misdemeanor after successful completion of 1000 hours of community service and 2 years probation.

About 15k in legal fees but SOOOO worth it.
