Too cold? Your location is listed as Florida. It's never too cold in Florida. It's 38ºF here in Michigan, and even that isn't too cold.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Mine is at 63 @ 12db/oct I believe... I'd have to check to make sure
99StangGT I haven't been on for a while, but I hope you got your car dialed in

bikejunkie you might remember me from another SN. I live in corvallis now and would like to hear your car, a lot of things have changed since you PMed me about my diamond setup...
Anytime you want to try and get together is fine by me- I love hearing other peoples cars and showing mine off- let me know we can figure something out. I'll be in Corvallis Friday for the civil war- but I'll be busy with the football thing and we drive my wife's Element- the weekend is free though. I want to hear some Morel stuff in a car (i've only heard some in sound boards)

My car hasn't been on an RTA yet and the setup isn't exactly finalized but yeah I'd be fine with meeting up. I'm an OSU student, I'm going to be going to the game but my car will be in pieces in Eugene possibly for most of the weekend while I get my suspension issue worked out. Drop me an e-mail though when you're free, lesliel@Onid.orst.edu

Suspension issue? Maybe you shouldnt be jumping it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif . I dont think mine will ever be dialed in. Its a never ending project, but I am about to stop and just listen to music. How do you like it up there in beaver land? Now have my comps crossed over at 100 and the sub at 63.

The slope determines how steep the speaker frequencys drop off. Example...

A -6db slope will be 6db quieter an octive lower

A -12 will be 12 db quieter an octive lower

-24....24db lower

and so on...basically the steeper the slope the quicker the speakers lower or higher frequency will drop off. This is good for drivers that have troubles playing high or low that you want to cut off very quickly above the desired frequency.

Tweet 4500 up @ 12 db, midrange 900-4500 @ 12 db, midbass 63-900 @ 6 db and sub from ? up to 63 @ 24 db. All will be changing soon though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Myself, i have a eclipse metal cone T4 sub. Running of a Class @ Pioneer GM-904.

Mine changes all the time.... I normal have it on a 125ish 6db drop for most songs. And i have a Toyota Soarer (SC400) that has a 10' hole for all the noise to come through from the boot. Running on an Eclipse CD7000.

I work in car audio fulltime and have not seen mean people at all have it this high. Im amazed myself i can get away with it.
