Where do you buy your nutritional/weight lifting supplements online?

peanut butter, choc whey, banana, choc syrup, ice, and milk make a delicious post workout snack (blended)

milled flax seed is delicious in oatmeal, w/ frozen berries, raisins, milk, shredded almonds, and vanilla whey

universal real gains is a pretty decent 'weight gainer'

I order from easypricematch.com and I'll run some quick google searches for prices to match before I buy.

Actually, Sams club has had EAS whey 5lbs for $23 lately so that's where I have been getting protein

This can easily turn into a "speaker wire is speaker wire" kinda discussion.
How? I didn't ask anyone's opinions on what kind of protein to buy. I asked where you buy it.

Thought I covered that.

Platestacker, thanks for the "invite". However, I just ordered some ON Whey a bit ago before I saw your reply.

As for getting back into the gym... I've been out for a year and a half due to back issues. I've never been a good gainer because I ride (rode) BMX for hours on end at least 4 days a week. The intense cardio made it **** near impossible to keep any weight on, much less gain it. After not being able to ride since summer 06 and not being in the gym since then, I've lost 15lbs of muscle mass since then which is a lot at my small weight. I'm 155lbs now. And weak as hell. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

I had back surgery 3 weeks ago and was just cleared to start a recovery program which I started today. My goal is to gain 5lbs lean muscle by May, which is going to be hard yet realistic. I won't be doing anything other than core stabilization for a month and then I'll start on a training regiment. The protein and good diet are my path to getting there. So, thanks for the help so far guys. Wish me luck. I'll update my progress if anyone really cares to hear it. I'm just happy to not have done serious damage to my nerves. So far I haven't had any leg pains after my surgery so that alone makes me very happy.

Dang, everyone is really testy tonight. I was more of saying that to prevent flamming to me. I was just saying that for the most part protein is just protein and you can get that dirt cheap from puritan.

Not testy, just trying to keep a post from spiraling out of control.

If no one says their tastes (especially since I didn't ask for it) then the thread stays on topic. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

i was searchin through here and saw BSN i've used their NO xplod and i loved it, im about to try out no2 Black from a company, i cant remember the name but my friend tried it and said its unbelieveable

ha, I can help there. NO2 black from MRI right?? Don't do it, I'm trying it right now and I'm not overly impressed. The first generation (in the white bottle) was awesome. The vasodilation was almost instant and I could actually feel it working. This stuff, not so much.
