As far as weightgainer go, I always make my own unless I find some insane deal somewere. I mean... almost 30 bucks for 8 servings of that stuff, thats crazyness. Grab some cheap protein and add some special ingedients and you can make your own. I've got a few secret things I like to add to my weightgainer shake that is VERY calorie dense for it's small amount. About 300-400 calories per tablespoon!I'm bulking right now, I'm at 210 and shooting for 220 and I just ordered this:http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/sm.htmllook at that 12 lbs for $38.99 ftw, and lol 1250 calories from 2 scoops! This is gonna really help me with taking in 4k calories a day lol.
yea I usually add yogurt, fruit, and oatmeal to mine when I'm on the go. I was thinking about starting to add olive (or sunflower) oil to mine. My dad was telling me about it and highly recommended it. Oils are always a easy and healthy way to add calories and fat to a shake. Find the right amount of calories just depends on what your trying to do and how hard of a gainer you are.yea I usually add yogurt, fruit, and oatmeal to mine when I'm on the go. I hope all gets better.Yea I've been through some really rough times with my lifelong best buddy passing away. Me getting out of the military, and family/girlfriend problems added on as well. I've still been lurkin around, just havent posted in a minute. I actually havent been to the gym in like 3 monthes, the longest I've ever been away. I'm down about 20lbs than usual and feel like shit. Everything is slowly getting back to normal, so I should resume really soon.
Can you say 16g of fat?muscle milk is probably the best tasting protein I've ever had.........period. Just to bad it has 350 calories per scope, WITH WATER. ON is the next best tasting though IMHO, and that's what I use now.
