Where do i look?

I got big 3 done at E-xtreme Audio in Crest hill IL, and i only see the Battery negative to chassis ground.....they were doing some work under the car for quite a while, and after they were done i looked and there wasnt a Alt to battery positive or a chassis to engine block wire to be found....It was done on an Acura RL. I am just going to call tomorrow and see what they did, but i dont wanna be charged again if they didnt do something... where do i look to find out what they did?

i def dont see a wire goin to the pos on the battery, so im pretty sure thats not there unless they slpiced it into a wire already goin to it??? im clueless....i told the guy big 3 and he wasnt sure what that meant, but hes like "o u eman upgrade the 3 ground wires?" so i assumed he knoew, just not as "big 3"/

i was just told that sometimes they run it thru the fuse box, and each car has a different chassis to engine block area.....but no sign of it to fuse box, or anywhere near the alternator

my bill says "install 3 grounds" on it, so hopefully they did run 3 wires, but where?

why did you let them do it? they dont even know what it is, do they?

sounds like they did not know! do you mind if i ask how much they charged you?

and why you did not performed such an easy task yourself?

not "easy" noticing the alt is under the engine, and u can access it without taking apart many critical things, that arnt worth messing up, but im prettty sure the issue here isnt whether or not the shop is doing it over me??

well the thing is i would notice the wire.....but ill give them a call tomorrow i think its my best bet....ill ask them what exactly they did and if not ill just go back
