Where do i hook my subs up to?

I just bought 2 12" Alpine subs and i figured i'd install them myself. I have a Hifonics American Warrier amp and it seems the only place left to hook anything says line out on it. There's 2 holes there and its the only 2 left so is this the place where i would wire my subs to? Thanks.

probably to the terminals that say + and - , lineouts are for sending rca signal to another amp....usually thats what lineout means....

I am assuming you have the amp hooked up to other speakers already? Probably your highs and midrange? Best bet would be not to hook up your subs to that amp. Get yourself a new amp and hook the input on that one up to the line out in the already installed amp.

Ya i took it down to a car audio place and i realized that i only have a 4 channel amp and i need a 5 channel amp to run subs, so i figured it out, but thanks anyways for your help guys.

No, run your front and rear speakers in parallel with each other off of two channels. Then bridge the rear channels to your sub.

Its not that powerful of an amp, so the guy at the car audio place said i could do that, but it wouldnt be powerful enough to power the subs. Im lookin at the Alpine MRP-F200 Mono channel amp to run the subs off of. Does anyone have any info on it, and whether it would be a good addition to my sysytem?

Check out http://www.alpine1.com should have all of the info on it there. Tho i do not know much about them personally because I dislike alpine. Sorry could not be of more help.
