where do i buy rainbow components?

sorry for the double post but noone was viewing my other one, asking is iq was a reputable dealer and i want to get these ordered today. where is the best place to buy rainbow components from? im going with the 2 way soundlines. http://www.iqcaraudio.com/rainbow/sound_line_slc/

this was the cheapest place i could find them, but when i went to order them a paypal page came up, and the guy i was sending the payment to only had 7 transactions there and it seemed a little fishy. i know speedsound has them but they're over 300 bucks. anywhere else i can order these stateside?
