anyone that is a Manager and makes that kinda money is getting screwed. I don't care what state you live in. your cousin must have beenpromoted to that position from inside the company and they are completely taking advantage of him. No body would put in their resume for a management postion and take the job for just over $10 dollars an hour. Now if he is a asst. manager I can see that pay rate. or if he is a supervisor. But a store manager? the Manager of the entire store?? No not happening unless your cousin is a complete push over. First off a store manager should have a degree. That alone should warrant a better pay scale. The only way I can see this happening is (like I said) your cousin was a asst manager or supervisor and was promoted to the position of manager and was only give a slight raise. if thats the case then he should have asked for more money and had a contract drawn up. man is he getting screwed.

that would make more sence, but he is still getting ripped. Manager of anything warrants better than $10 something an hour.
