I dont like the Ipod wheel at all.To me the Zune is alot easier to use and navigate.

Zune has an easier interface

You can make playlists on the Zune... software not required to do so

Zune doesn't have stupid proprietary formats

You can share songs between Zunes

Zune has a built in radio

Zune has a customizable background

the list goes on.
