Worked with superflex numerous times before, great to cover flat boards in, or to replace carpet on a floor. Not so much to cover boxes in, or seam...

I'm thinking that with 80" I'm just gonna have more waste, since the box im doin is 45.5" wide

it has worked out well for me, i just line up one side ~1.5" from on edge, and use the extra for the inset sides.
