Where can i find kick panels?

Im looking for kick panels for a 92 camaro, i looked at crutchfield, the zeb and some other places, i found some made by q-logic, they are only 5-1/4 though.. im looking for some 6.5's, i ahvent been able to find any yet.. could somebody please help me out here... Im starting to think im going to have to get them custom done, and its really going to take a big chunk that i dont have at the moment out...

Yep, I have put Boston Pro 6.5's in qform kicks. If I remember correctly they were advertised to only hold a 5.25 also. The ones you looked at will probably be fine with a 6.5.

i don't know. the Q-forms i had barely fit my cdt ef-5's. try fiberglassing yourself. theres some good instructions on how to do them in the box forum stickies.

custom glass kicks would be the best way to go no doubt. If however you would prefer the qforms just measure the speaker and compare it to the mounting surface on the qforms. That would be the only way to be certain. Might want to check mounting depth also.

In my experience, making kicks is just as expensive as buying premade ones. If you don't know what you're doing (like I did) you can make some shoddy *** kickpanels that sound like ***.

that's why you learn and practice first. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Q-forms go for over $100. plus the midbass isn't that great on them. you need to reinforce them with fiberglass. if it's imaging you are looking for and have dedicated midbass they maybe all right.
