Where Can I Find An Orion 1200D?

Hey, I was wondering where I'd be able to find a new 1200D or a factory refurbished one. I was also wondering, is the 1200D an outdated model now? Do they have a new mono 1200@1 ohm amp? If I'm not able to find a 1200D what are some good alternatives that won't break the bank?

Have you looked in you local car audio shops? It looks like your from a pretty big city. You should be able to find one locally, I would think. Or you can have them order you one if they don't have it in stock. I bought mine a couple of weeks ago in one of our local shops here in Houston. Good luck.

Orion has a new lineup so good luck finding a new one. Check the classifieds though.

ebay is going to be your best bet....and the new 1200 watt orion amp is the HCCA-D2400 or something like that.

Ya there's one shop by me that has orion, but it's 800 bucks, that's why i was thinking about a factory refurb or something. So i suppose my best bet is keep checking ikesound and ebay then?

Also, what would be some other good amps at that wattage that would be good and aren't so expensive, maybe one i can find a factory refurb of? I haven't been into car audio for like 8 months so I don't rly know much about current brands/models. Man if that guy is charging $800.00 for that Orion 1200d he is ripping ppl off big time. I paid $450.00 tax and all. Brand new, no refurb.

And it is called Orion 2400w for some odd reason. HCCAFAN explained on a thread why it is called 2400w. But it is 1200w rms at 1 ohm. Actually a little more, they are underated. Good luck on the search.
