DLS Amps

Hey all, first post here and I have a question for everyone. I have been looking to do a new system in my car and I pulled everything out(old setup) a couple of weeks ago. I am looking into the DLS Classic Series and the Reference Series, particularly the CA31 and theRA30. Besides the power output and price what is the difference between the two? It is going to power either a set of Seas Lotus comps up front with pair of CDT8's or the Morel Elate6.3 with the same subs(having a hard time deciding without hearing them, need help with that as well). Any help in this would be great.
