junkyard maybe? i know around here they have to take cars with titles....none without.....not sure about there though

Police auctions usually cost. If you are gonna pay, try to find someone that has access to dealer's auctions.

here they take them with or without, how much do you think it would cost just to get to my place and out of the junkyard..(roughly)
