where can i find 12v ignition wire in VW R32

I am trying to install the PAC 200 isolator and i need ignition wire in the trunk. where can i get one.

I have tried to test wires by Voltmeter. but i did n't know how to do it.

is it going to be always 12v . or 0 when the switch off. and 12v when switch on
