ok but when i did this it jumped ALL over the place...

grab one of the sine waves and burn it to a cd or something. make sure it's in your amplifiers range of play

they are all pretty much the same. 40 or 50hz, just make sure you aren't cutting the tone off with your filters

1khz for components and 40hz-60hz for the sub. use a 0db test tone.
