whats your score in 3dmark05?

i tested my 7600gt last night and got a 6348, ranked 50th with people who had the same set up. i noticed one guy had over 11,300, but he had 2 in sli. i was still surprised though, i didn't think sli was THAT effective. i was thinking of trying to overclock it (im about to buy a new one anyways) and see how much i could improve my score.

This is 3DMark06, mind you. It's quite a bit more demanding than '05.

According to my display settings menu, it's VistaCG. Don't know where you can d/l it though, it came with the slipstreamed XP disk I got off demonoid =/

3DMark05 tells you nothing about how your card will perform in today's and tomorrow's games ...
Try 3DMark06 ... It uses a higher default resolution (1280x1024) and makes much more use of pixel shader 3 features such as HDR.

BTW, SLI isn't that effective, mostly because not all games support it. In reality, you can expect a 50-80% increase with SLI assuming the game supports it and you don't run into CPU bottleneck ...

im downloading mark06 right now. whats your average fps in these tests? i was barely averaging 30, but i've heard people say they get over 100 on some 7950gts. is that possible?
