The best free site I have come across is http://www.PCS3g.com. I managed to get mine before they had to get the license from BMI/ASCAP. Please donate to them. They have all the good polyphonic. MIDI, and "ring-back" tones.

The ringtones are just for self-expression. Some ppl like to express themselves and others don't. It doesn't mean they're gay for doing it. I have a bunch of 'em in my phone and I don't think I'm gay.

you have to have WAP access from your cellphone, IE. internet browsing capability. If you have it, you then would select the weblink and it will automatically launch your phone's web browser and download the link, remember to bypass any digital signature warnings..

i do have internet capabilities, but i cannot select the link, and i cant type the link in a browser, b/c it makes me choose froma list of topics..ie. weather, sports, horoscope etc.
