Whats your input on these Power Acoustik / SPL amps...

I am curious to see how reliable the Power Acoustik PS1-5500 and similar Power Acoustik/SPL amps are. heres a link to one:

I can get up to 4 of these at a good price that are barely used, but im going from Sundown quality to something that might not be as reliable. I am looking for input on whether these things can put out the 3200rms @ 1 ohm.. if so, is it pretty efficient?

Does anyone have any experience or input on this type of amp? seems like cheap power...
