whats up guys? im new to the site and am a meber on alot of car audio forums.. what can i say im a 21 year old car audio NUT!. im working on a 1987 s-10 and a 1984 buick skylark both are geting 6 12's and 3 1200 watt amps.. my truck is going to have 18 mids the car is going to have 6 mids.. so far in the car i got a band pass box with 2 12's on a 1200 watt sony. got a wheel well box with 2 12's (not finished) soon to come is a false floor, 2 more 12's, 2 more 1200 watt amps, and a amp rack. in the truck i got a box for 8 12's but i had to cap 2 holes off cause they hit the back seat's. the box is 1.25 cubic feet per sub. im not rich so please dont laugh at my set up's... i do this as a hobby and im pretty good but not awsome at it.. ill get pics up later of botch the truck and car setup's pics will be in gallery..

yes i will be running bullet tweeters.. and the mids im going to run are coakles SP?

plus bullet tweets souldent sound that bad i dono its a work in progress

what you mean outher then system? the truck is lowerd 6 inches in the back shaved door handles allmost all primerd.. soon to come bags monster notch 2 8 gal. tanks and 2 compresiors.. its a project truck.. allos going to go with a 4.3 bored 40 over cam TRW low comp. pistons and a turbo..

surely you want to run engine driven compressor with such a motor to power it off...

the dc ones totally ****... you know/

definitely do run a york 210 on there- you won't regret it. I don't know how much experience you have with bags etc., but that's one thing i would almost say is a must. It's 1000x better than the dc powered compressors

sorry for the super ghetto old in progress pic of my truck (i haven't taken any in about 8 months- its' super top secret what's going on with it). i'm just including it 'cause it runs a york, although i couldnt' find any pics of the compressor... i have way too many pics on my computer

no, i'm working on the stereo when i have time these days (my new car is taking some of that time though for a bit)

the bodywork is very close to done, and will be finished come spring time up here in mn.
