Whats up with this?

I did a recone on my btl 18 and i hooked it up today on low gains just to see mechanically it was working, i got no rubbing or anything looks good so i turned it up a lil and it was sounding nice but higher i turned the volume it got like a weird sound like a thump kinda like distort but weird, does anyone know what the hell is wrong?

how would i be doing that? i hardly had like 800rms on it..and it sounds good at low volume i turn it up a lil more with gain all the way down and bass boost down and it makes like a distort weird noise like a thump kinda like i dunno

are you playing tones, or music? a sub will bottom out if you play tones significantly below port tuning with no SSF

apparently you havent figured it out yet- just because you say this in 75% of your posts does not make it any funnier.... also- if you were, say, an 05 or even an 06 i would laugh. however, as an insignificant 07, you fail.
