whats up with my sub?!

i just bought 2 memphis subs and a amp off someone locally, both subs work but the one sounds really distorted once i increase the volume, i took it apart and everything looks fine. maybe you guys know whats wrong with it.

Read the DCR on both subs and see if one is different.
