No, a sub won't have a displacement if it's inverted. It will actually add volume to the enclosure if you invert. Which, for the Type-R, appears to be .085cuft.

So, if you build a box with 1.00cuft internal volume, it will be 1.085cuft with an inverted Type-R, and .929cuft with the Type-R mounted "normal"

how is the displacement only .07 when its 8inches deep and my rlp is like 6.5inches deep and has a displacement of .18
