Whats the name of the DB meter that actually works well?

The most highly reguarded 'reference' meter is a B&K...

If you can afford one.. please buy one for me...

they don't give the prices on them... then whats the next best one..maybe one that has the price tag..

the price on the B&K is really scary. I heard like $40,000 once. Maybe linearX or Audiocontrol?
