Whats the highest DB you have hit?

hate to tell u this, but the tl usb is not that consistant.. we had 3 at the 12" test session and lets just say 1 was not very linear throughout the frequencies and all 3 read differnetly ( about .7 db off for one and 1.3 db off from the other )
the .net i think is a bit mroe consistent
hmm, thats the first i have heard of it, except for the few tenths between the .net and .usb.

i've done the same scores from mine>5 others. in fact, in one session, i tested at a 155.0.... went to ft. wayne, did a 155.0, drove to OH and did a 155.1.

i lost .3 from my meter to the .net at a drag 3x also.

 
Never been metered, would say with my old setup of 2 12 w3v2's 130's maybe not even sure.

that's the good thing about a competition, there is only 1 and everyone uses the same one.

I've found atmospheric conditions(temp|hum|bar) and EXACT sensor placement contribute also.

USB sensors|laptops need to be powered from 110, not a car converter, ESPECIALLY not power from the vehicle being tested...false hopes that way.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif

 
correct, thats why i said prior. the old TL was about 8 db off.
It was in 2004 when I had the cutlass. I also did a 154.6 with 2 15" Kove Armegdon u-2 subs in a Mazda protege5 in a wall enclosure. I have no reason to lie about scores to try and impress you guys. Hell if so, I would have thrown out some retarded number. Like I said, it was just local comps and for fun. I at that time never would have known I could have been one of the louder trunk cars in the world. Actually, I wasnt as I was beat soundly by the one kid with the 4 12 w7's on more than one occasion.

crap box. It flexes so bad (with NO bracing). getting ready to build a new one with maybe more than one layer on front and some bracing. Buying an amp to put closer to 3-4kw very soon, should get over 150 w/o a problem.
