What's the difference between...

The JL Audio 10W1V2 and the 10W0V2?

I looked at the specs online...the biggest difference I can see is the mounting depth. I've had good luck with the W1...but the W0 is $30 cheaper.

Anyone have experience with the two and what are your suggestions?

Oh...and whichever one I get I'll most likely be powering it with a JL 250/1...and it'll be in a small box that's made specifically for under the rear seat in my extended cab truck.

The box is small one, requires 1 cft air space...and the mounting depth required is 6.5.

Thoughts between the two subs?
