I got the 12" w7 but dont want to have pay another $1000 for the 1000/1 amp is there another amp that is cheaper that will also do some damage to the sub hahhahaha.

You can get a 1000/1 for 600 ish. You COULD just get like a PG Tantrum 1200, or a Xenon 600

the xenon will give you about 1300rms into 1,2,3,4 ohms

Yeah I was going to say Tantrum but that Xenon seems to be the better option.

check out some of the JBL bpx series amps

Good suggestion...the 1200.1 is rated @ 1200wrms @ 2 ohms, and 600wrms at 4 ohms....should be good for +/- 900wrms @ 3 ohms. Should work great.
