What's the best setup for my system?

I have an 06 Mustang Coupe. I'm looking to put a pair of Rainbow SLC 265's in the front, some coaxials in the rear, and an Infinity Perfect12VQ single coil sub in the trunk.

Frm what I understand, my options are the following...

1 4-channel amp and 1 mono amp

1 2-channel amp, HU power for rears, and 1 mono amp

1 4-channel amp for the fronts and sub and HU power for the rears

1 5-channel amp to power everything

What would be the best setup for my situation and if you can, please suggest some specific amps with your reply?

best bet is probably 2-channel and mono, or just a 4-channel. there are numerous amps out there so it's hard to just narrow it down without some more info

I'm pretty open and flexible on the budget, but obviously I'm looking for the best bang for the buck.

also what ohm is that sub? most 4-channels are only stable to 4 ohms bridged

The Infinity Perfect 12 is 400W RMS @ 4 ohms.

The SLC265's are 100W RMS.

Whatever coaxials I put in will probably be around 50-75W RMS.
