I just wrap the wire around my trunk latch for my sub amp, and around my seat belt bolt for my highs amp.

Might need to drill a hole, make sure its chassis and bare metal, i.e.,scrape the paint off

that's what I have now. I have a self tapping screw with paint scraped off but it's only 300 rms will it be the same for 1000 or do I need something beefier

the best ground is directly to the frame...not a bolt on the body

It will work fine for a unibody. Make sure to run at least 4 gauge

go to the thickest part of the unibody you can find NO BOLTS!!! make ur own ground. bare metal.

spend the extra money on extra wire and use the bolt to your negative terminal on your battery
