Whats the absolute most port area you could give each size sub?

I don't believe you cna have too much port. The problem is that as you increase the number of ports you install, the required length of the port increases as well. I'm building a 2 woofer sub for home and i need quite a bit of port area to flow for the 2 15s I'm putting in it. Four 4 inch ports need to be 57 inches long to be tuned properly. I think I may have to go passive radiator or increase box size.

yeah i know that the more port area the longer the ports but i was talking about whats the most port area you could have without the sub acting like its free air

Well, port volume, and therefore port crossectional area, are not part of the actual volume of the sub box. If you increase the cross sectional area of the port, you increase the size of the port and just detract from the volume of the box. You would never actually ger a free air resonance alignment.
