whats next (electrical upgrade)

well right now i have a 200 ho alt, all wire is 0 guage even on big 3, and a red top under the hood. i still get some pretty bad voltage drop with some bass hits. so what do i do next to fix the problem? A large cap?

im running an audiobahn rack mount amp. around 2400 rms and just a lil 500 watt crunch amp for door speakers. maybe close to 200 amps drawing.

all of that and still a voltage drop...hmm

try a second battery in the trunk maybe...

but i dont think that you are supposed to be getting that drop

yeah.. second battery would probably help. Go for a large kinetic or a big optima.

Check Your amplifiers for severe clipping.
