really? you think that will be enough volume to get them moving?

basically looking for 70/30 (spl/sq) ratio. i have roughly 3k on tap for power.

Fi says 5-10 cubes per 18" Bl, the general rule around here is 6-6.5 per for 18s. The other basic rule is 12-16 sq in per net cubic foot. I like more port area, so I made my suggestion. However, you want a more SQL setup.

I say 12 net (6 per sub) with around 180 sq inches if you can manage it.

i might be able to do it, height is the restricting factor. if not i will have to put my rear seats down (explorer sport)

Flare the mouth of the port. It allows you to get away with a little less port area.

Do you need the cargo space for other things aswell? If two are not going to be in optimum,then do one big w/ removable ports for a high & low tunes ftw

already built the box...

not digging how tall it is. subs are not in yet as the box doesn't have a top. i knew how tall it was gonna be but it always looks different once you actually lay the box in and the size really sets in.

next box will involve taking the rear seats out and using the whole cargo area.
