Whats a Good budget amp to run some infinity kappas?

I just picked up a set of 60.7cs and some 6.5" kappas. I think the rms for both is around 90.

What would be a good budget amp for these speakers?

Cadence over at http://www.cadencestore.com. Good prices and from what I hear, excellent customer service.

Also you could check out powerbass, power acoustic, hifonics, or even profile if you want to go really budget but still maintain a quality amp. All those brands should be doable for around $100 or less.

Alternatively you can check out the classifieds and find something of better quality for cheap.
