I need to know what a good amp would be to push a 12 inch diamond cm3 in a 89 jeep. i was thinking about getting around the range of a 1000-2000 watt amp

If that is the Diamond series I think it is you better feed it only 500 watts....A friend of mine brought me a pair of 15's he only ran 1500 in a sealed pro box...and he ripped them apart....They were DVC's and the specs showed 500rms and 1000 peak...he seperated the cone from the voice coils on both....
