Whats a good amp for my subs

I know your supposed to match the RMS peak of the sub and the amp but i dont know of any amps good for my sub. I have 2 12 Inch Alpine Type R's my budget is about 400$. Also if anyone knows the dimensions of how big my box should be i dont care if its ported or not, also how much that box would be. Thanks for your time
