Best amp to pair with 10" MTX 4500 T4510-04?

Okay im looking at a single 10" MTX 4500 T4510-04 sub with these specs:

4-OHM Voice Coil / 1.5" High Temperature Voice Coil Wire

30 oz. strontium ferrite magnet

Peak Power: 450W

Im not really sure what all this means but i was wondering what a good amp to pair it with would be? How big an amp?
