i would use a real snare sound- and ditch that ram ram sound- go back to the chalk boards. as far as beats and sounds today industrial is making a huge come back,so try to make the beat intimidating something mean. you know whith ghost sounds,guitars,fast double kick-drum fill ins

the beat kinda sounds like a feminine hygien product commercial. showing four girls holding eachothers hands in bikinis running down the beach- you hear decipha's beat with a womans voice in the background saying dont let your period get in the way-live life
