i poop on you
alright guys i've got a problem.. around 2-3 weeks ago i posted a thread in the classifieds section advertising a sony xplod amp i had. here is the link to it:
http://www.caraudio.com/vb/showthread.php?t=92582
at first, i had it selling for 60 bucks shipped and no one wanted it. a week or two went by and i finally found a buyer (pw91686) and agreed to sell to him for 50 shipped. about a week n a half after receiving the amp, pw91686 PM'd me saying "The amp that you sent me does not work. I tested it and could not get any power to the sub. Is there any way you can refund me the money?". the first thing that came to mind was that he was implying it powers on and everything but it seems to be weak as hell for his sub..
the day that i shipped it out i had hooked it up in my car to see if it would power on with no protection and it did.. i had no subwoofer at the time to check if the amp would run it but hey, the LED turned on GREEN and the last time i used it, it was working perfectly on my old W3.. except for the fact that its a sony xplod meaning it didn't put out NEARLY as much power as it was rated to.. but it worked perfectly for its kind.. when i replied back summing up that it had worked before i sent it out he replied "just because the green power light came on does not mean it works, the amp can still power on but not have any output..." so i got to thinking that that might be true (ONLY becuz i was giving him benefit of the doubt).. until i noticed his sig.. it read "SONY MONOBLOCK AMP FOR SALE". so obviously he is trying to sell the same monoblock amp i sold to him!! IF THE AMP I SOLD TO HIM IS SUPPOSEDLY NOT GIVING ANY OUTPUT, THEN WHY IS HE TRYING TO RE-SELL IT IN HIS SIG???? everyone agree with me? what should i do? I KNOW FOR SURE THAT AMP WAS WORKING WHEN I SENT IT OUT!!!! i think he just wants his money back because he found out first-hand how inefficent sony xplod amps are.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
