ok thanks. theres one problem though. why in the world does it seem that my hifonics sounds way louder then this sundown? it shouldnt even be close but the sundown didnt seem to get as loud

Because power is power, I don't care what amp it is if the Hifonics was a bigger wattage amp it probably did more power.

its was the brx1600.1D. so i figured the sundown would be alot better.
