Sold What would you pay for a US Amps AX-1500?

Currently using a US Amps AX-1500DE amp.

Was wondering what the value would be if i sold it on a forum.

About a year old, had it back for repair when a cap went. Dirk (the guy who designs the us amps amps) personally took care of my amp per the request of JR (re/us amps management)

anyway, i paid $1000.00 + tax retail for this amp.

perfect working condition.

This is kinda a feeler thread, which isn't allowed. But I am not flaming you. I for one think they should be and the way you asked it makes it ok to me.

honestly dude you would have a hard time sellin it for more than half of what you paid just because this forum runs on "most power for lest money"

well i have a re 18 xxx, new version, and us/re are telling me to put their 3200 watt amp on it to really get it moving. rated at 2,000 and theyre tellin me the beast can eat 3200 daily.

so, to be on the somewhat safe side, i'm looking for a 2500w amp, true 2500. that way its fully powered and i can keep the gain low.

this one guy wants to buy my sx 12's, and im selling them to him. he is also interested in my amp, and on one token i wanna sell it so i can get a bigger amp, but if i sell it for say 5-650, i'm gonna need another couple hundred for a DECENT 2500w amp.

recommendations for a 2500 watt amp: ?
