What would you do? In a fight...

The thing is man chicks like this never learn, she will get her kid taken away. End up back with the BF and the kid again sooner or later.. Hoes like this love drama and you are putting yourself in the middle of it.

Treat her like a skank and bang the hell out of her until it causes you problems (read now) then be rid of her. Do you want a felony on your record for A&B? Do you know how hard it is to get a real job with such a thing?

Trust me you will regret it the rest of your life, even if you are doing better for the kid for now again she will take him back sooner or later probably and also get the kid back and if not find another abusive asshole to take his place.

The decision not to tell the truth could have equal repercussions on that child's life. Thinking of yourself or her in this situation is irresponsibly selfish. Simple as that.
definitly a good point. I have been considering the child and how the child would probably be in a safer place; it's just hard too. I do have a bit of an attatchment to the child myself even. She calls me "dad", and I am trying my hardest every day to explain I'm not her father lol... so her taken away even bothers me to a point, but I agree, the child's safety is way more important, she's 2 and too young to say what she needs.

***** isnt worth all that drama you come first. the baby isnt yours and shes still in love with him so HIGHTAIL it outta there and never look back. theres more *** out there with way less problems. let her bring someone else down because if it isnt you itll be someone else, girls like that love the attention and abuse your the crutch. get away from that situation!!!!!!!!!!

Now would you rather get charged with assault, or tell the truth? Who gives a **** about that *****. And if she actually cared about the situation she would have told the truth, instead of saying it was someone else.

and in case people are wondering, I talk with children's services, not the police when I go in... If that makes any difference on your opinions... as in I don't believe what I tell them could result in me being arrested immediatly, it would probably take more of an investigation. But I think I have my decision made of telling the truth.

Except when the investigation is completed and the girl needs to choose who she wants to say hit who first and switches stories saying baby daddy was victim.

I think because I went above and beyond what I needed to do to defend myself could get myself in trouble.. I held him down and beat on him even while he was knocked out for a few seconds. I've talked to him since then, he has a chipped tooth, broken jaw, black eye and bruises from what he told me... He's not even all that mad at me is the funniest thing....but she's even sayin I did this to another guy... an innocent person really... that would be my problem, if I go along with her story I could be screwed

Tell the truth .. its better for the child .. and if Child services believes the woman ... tell child services to check phone records that was made that day. Make the ***** produce the "friend" and then the ex

well considering the story, and how she already lied to the cops, why dont you just get her to say he showed up unexpectedly which in turns violates his pfa, and then shes not at risk of losing the baby, she cant stop him from showing up!! you know? hes in violation, tell her to stop tryin to protect her nut *** baby's dad, before you tell teh truth to it all!!
