get a soccer sock, put a bar of soap in it. go into his house with a mask on while hes sleeping..beat him with it. it leaves no bruises.

Why would it matter about leaving bruises? :toomanymovies: That is not necessary in every situation.

Maybe he was trying to help control the pet population? You can always get another one...probably one that looked just like the one that was victimized...
I have always disliked cats. They are impersonal. They never come when you call them (unlike a dog) unless you have food or treats. Outside cats bring in fleas and an occasional dead appetizer. They are more prone to disease or worse yet bringing disease into a home. They shed like a mofo and if not spayed or neutered, make messes in a house. They shit in a box that you have to always clean and it smells.

Just my personal opinions...

One thing that I have learned......you can always get another cat. But you can never replace the one you had. Or the good times you have had with it. To me, a cat is like a family member. At least our cats are lime family. Eso when you raise them from only a day or two old.

He does have a point though, instead of taking any action, so far all you have done is make this thread. And I even recall you making a suggestion in this thread, like you weren't the one that started it. Chances are, you will do nothing, you might just argue with people in this thread. Just like now, you get mad at blazin civic or whatever.......HE DIDN'T SHOOT YOUR CAT, why are you mad at him? Go yell at the neighbor who shot your cat.....Did you even confront him at all about it yet?

I dont see what the big deal is. Maybe thank him for saving you the money on cat food? Or if it bothers you that much get another one. It's an animal, not a family member, remember that and next time, dont get so attached!

And i do have some pet fishes and a dog. I'd be chuffed if someone were to kill the dog, but more so because of the inconvenience of having to find another one.

Ummm...call the cops...start by charging him with animal cruelty..then when that goes through..sue his *** for emotional distress, loss, etc.

We had a cat that we had found right after he was born. I guess the mother had abandoned him after he was born. (his eyes were not even open yet)
But we had bottle fed him til he was old enough to eat on his own. We had him for about 5 years. The one day he went missing. We talked to all the neighbors except for the one that does not like cats. All of the other neighbors had said that he had shot him and that they saw him do it.

What would you do if someone did that to your cat that you had raised since he was born?

Go buy some automotive paint stripper and get some of the measuring cups they have while you're there. Pour that shit on his roof and all down the "seams" of his car -- where the hood opens, the doors open, etc. There's no way in hell he'll get out of having to just paint one panel of the car if you do it right...and it'll be one hell of an expense to have it repainted.
