What would you choose and How would you use it?

OK I have this (JL Audio e6450 Six Channel 450watt)

Powering these (Pro 60 and Focal Mids only)

And these

And I need to power this Sub in a sealed box (400 NOM DVC wired to 2 ohms)

The question is should I power the sub with this (JL audio E1200 its has 250 watts rms)

Or this (Rockford Punch 3001, it has 350 watts rms)

Concerns:

Power Consumption and the fact that I dont listen to a lot of bass becuase I only listen to my stereo at moderate levels, And Also how would you wire this sytem, the e6450 amp can be bridged. Or I can run 1 speaker for channel. 2 tweets and 4 mids.

I say just go all jl amps to keep it a cleaner install if that matters.

But they are rather expensive..
