Good deal?

I want to deaden my vehicle over the winter, I found this on eBay and I am wondering if it is worth purchasing. I've obviously heard of b-quiet before and recognize them as a known brand, but of course I have to get some opinions before I purchase.

How about this? Is it really worth twice the cost to buy the Ultimate over the Extreme?

I used edead on my last car. In my opinion it's not very easy to work with and I got cut up pretty bad. I used second skin on my current car and it's a hige difference.
