well i tried this in the amps section and no1 responded. So i figured i would try it in here. Here it goes.....

Workin on plans for another system. Im going to get 2 8" assassins and im wondering what would be a good amp for them. Website says there 350 rms each so im lookin for a amp that does about 800 at 2 ohms.

Any suggestions?

only about $100-150 really, ill go to $200 if i have to. I was lookin at the hifonics but they only put out like 500 i believe at 2 ohms.

just looked at it.. yea its 600 at 2 ohm... i would like to have somethin thats 800 watts so i get the most out of these subs. any more suggestions?

Powering a pair with a PG Octane R15 that's rated at 1000@2ohms. I'm guessing it does at least 800. Pushes them pretty hard and get some dimming. Got it for $220, but there are lots of choices out there. Nice subs!!!
