would active sounds better on a pair of rainbow SLC 265.25 the amp would be a alpine MRP-F300, or would they sound better passive on a 2chnl DD A2 AMP?

either one will sound near identical, sound quality depends on your processors more than anything not if it's an active or passive crossover

ohh alright, active could sound a lot louder tho right with everything u need, compaired to just passive
