What would be the proper power setup to run a efficient 5k?

Where would I get those at I can't find any besides eBay, and what does ESR mean ?

esr is internal resistance and the ability for the power to be used quickly, this is why caps are so beneficial because they can charge/discharge large amounts of current although in a smaller time frame. it matters because when the sells are in series they can become unbalanced due to different ESR's between the cells so they should be matched
